> the list of layers is so long it goes off the top and bottom of the extension window, even if the window is made to float. Because this list doesnt have scroll functionality (to be able to access the CTA for the drop down) and the user cannot leave this view by clicking off the only way to continue using the lottie files window is by closing and reopening.

this layer selection modal needs scroll functionality added :)
