Hi Scott Brothers
Unfortunately, we've discontinued Animate plugin completely.
As an alternative, you can either use our Figma Plugin (Figma to Lottie), or Creator (creator.lottiefiles.com).

The Beta Animation Editor has moved out and is now the default editor within studio.
